Hi there! My question is regarding the one week release rule. Does that week have to have been before the start of the application period, or can it be during the application period so long as the character is applied for after that one week? I am considering this character, who's canon will have been released for one week on April 5th, which is after the start of the application period but still during it so I was wondering where you stand on this.
