We, and we think most of our players, have been assuming a kind of Babel Fish effect thanks to the Clock's desire to facilitate communication. While with intent people can probably still do the thing where they speak a common phrase in another language without any problems, or perhaps even hold a conversation in an alternate language to obscure it's meaning from outsiders, we don't intend for there to be an unintentional language barrier.
